Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 6 tablets daily--take 2 tablet s after each meal. On training days, take 2 tablets one half hour before workouts and 2 tablets after two meals.

I will not allow anyone lifting with us under 21 to use this product due to the amount of Gamma Oryzanol in the product. Gamma Oryzanol is an old powerlifter supplement that should not exceed 100 mg to 150 mg daily according to other dietary professionals.

We know that Gamma Oryzanol taken with Creatine, Glutamine, Arginine Pyroglutmate, Boron, Valine, VITOL EGG Protein and Vitamin C,D, E & B Complex will help with strength gains, Your ENDURANCE will increase and you will become much more muscular. I do not care what some store clerk, steroid freak, some I can't make gains wimp or others say about it not working. They have never used the products/supplements or do not know how to workout. This product can cause shin splints in people if their growth plates have not closed and may cause the growth plates to close. Steroids will cause your growth plates to close, period!
