Steroids

Anabolic Steroid
A synthetic chemical which stimulates muscle building properties of the male hormone testosterone. Some are for power, some for muscle growth or cuts. None are good for you.

Androstenedione
Androstenedione is a Hormone Precursor. These drugs were not legal until 1994 but they are now sold over the counter. These drugs could have the same adverse effects on your body that steroid use may cause. The body converts Hormone Precursors into male hormones and sometimes female. They can be as bad for your health as a Steroid. There are several but were are going to look at the one most lifters seem to abuse, ANDRO. When taken orally Androstenedione will increase blood levels of testosterone. Testosterone is effective in eliciting greater gains in the gym through increasing energy, enhancing nitrogen retention and speeding up recovery time.

Anadrol
The most commonly prescribed dosage is 100 mg per day, Anadrol is a powerful anabolic steroid and a 25 mg daily dose will still elicit a significant effect on muscle growth. They claim this drug has fewer side effects.

DHEA
An adrenal steroid that is legal. Useful as an antioxidant. I have heard a lot of good and bad from people who use this. Young people do not need this as your body makes enough. People in their late forties or older may not be making a lot of DHEA. You need to see a Physician before taking DHEA.

Dianabol or Methandrostenolone (THE BIG ONE)
Causes quick growth and strength gains with excessive water retention. Good size and strength drug used by both Powerlifters and Bodybuilders. The usual dosing for men is 25-50 mg/day in divided doses, preferably four or five doses. The drug is 17-alkylated and so use should be limited to no more than 6 weeks, and preferably no more than four weeks, with at least an EQUAL AMOUNT OF TIME OFF!

Equipoise
Equipoise is a drug that produces strength and growth but is for horses and cows, not humans. It is widely abused and can cause serious heart problems in humans within a short time period. This drug in my opinion should never be taken by a human under any circumstances.

Esiclene/Formebolone
Hardener for isolation movements.
Formebolone is a form of methandrostenolone (Dianabol). It has the same base structure, but with a few key alterations such as the attachment of 2-carboxaldehyde group and an 11-hydroxyl group. Esiclene Information

Fluorymesterone or Halolestin
Makes you dense but doesn't help with size. High in androgens.This roid is an androgen used to replace the male hormone, testosterone, when the body does not make enough. Fluorymesterone Information.

Furazabol
Alternative to Winstrol they claim lowers cholesterol.

Deca Durabolin otherwise known as Nandrolone
Androgen ~ Bunch of people on this. 19-norandrosterone,
The drug known as nandrolone (also known commercially as Deca-Durabolin) has the IUPAC name 17b-hydroxy-19-nor-4-andro-sten-3-one, and is an anabolic steroid (a muscle-building chemical) which occurs naturally in the human body, but only in tiny quantities. It is very similar in structure to the male hormone testosterone, and has many of the same effects in terms of increasing muscle mass, without some of the more unwanted side-effects such as increased body hair or aggressive behavior.
Deca or Nandrolone Information.

Hemadrol is categorized as a unique "Pro Anabolic". Hemadrol is legal. Hemadrol increases testosterone baseline blood levels, while inducing muscle hypertrophy and promoting astonishing strength gains; and can not aromatize as the structure will not allow it. While yielding these amazing strength and muscle gains, Hemadrol also promotes body fat reduction and aerobic energy. Not sure this should be listed as a steroid.

Primobolan Acetate
Pre-contest drug, helps size while dieting. Body builder. Inhibits estrogen formation, Orally active in its original form, No conversion necessary. Stimulates natural production of total and free testosterone. Long term use recommended - Does not need to be cycled, Does not breakdown into banned substances or metabolites, Promotes fat free mass, strength and endurance. Can be taken alone or may be stacked with other steroids & pro-steroids if you are stupid enough to be on roids.

LG Sciences ~ UPREGULATES the androgen receptor and makes every cycle feel like your first. If you suffer from AR down regulation syndrome, from too many cycles, clean out your receptors with the only product backed by science! Not sure this should be listed under steroids.

L-Arginine is a non essential amino acid. Arginine may help with high cholesterol. Arginine is a component of human growth hormone. Arginine pyroglutamate is an excellent growth releaser because it is carried more efficiently across the blood-brain than arginine alone. L-argine is found in whole wheat, rice, nuts, seeds, corn, soy, grapes, coco, carob and some other foods. This will help your strength and muscle growth. Some natural sterol packs contain arginine.

Universal Natural Sterol Complex
Gamma Oryzanol & Ferulic Acid
From rice oil. Extremely effective in building strength and muscle size. Do not give to anyone under 21 as it could cause shin splints etc. if their growth plates are still open. Decrease fatty tissue, increases body mass and strength. This product will help you with strength gains. Gamma Oryzanol is in many Universal products, Hot Sauce, Heaalth & Fit, Gorilla, Vitol and Russian Bear Natural Sterol products.

Read the contents on all products before you take them. Universal's Natural Sterol Complex says to take six tablets daily but each tablet contains 83.44mg of Gamma Oryzanol. Some nutritional experts say you should never exceed 100mg to 150mg of Gamma Oryzanol daily for long periods of time. Don't take more than two tablets daily.

Some lifters insist on taking six or more tablets daily to increase strength and size, we don't. If you limit your intake to two tablets you are getting all of the BCAA and other ingredients to help you be healthy and gain some strength. Taking more than two-three daily is costly and may be harmful over a long period of time.

Glutamine
The most prevalent amino acid helps preserve muscle tissue. Some take up to 20g daily, we prefer not to use over 5g or 10g depending on bodyweight and how heavy and often you train. We prefer to use Nucare Nutrition creatine and glutamine. Nucare is quality German creatine. Amino Acids
There are 24 which form different proteins, all contain nitrogen, oxygen, carbon and hydrogen. Base 10:histidine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, leucine, valine, isoleucine, lysine, argine, tryptopane.

Your body makes all of the base 24 but 8 Branched chain amino acids.~ Lucine, Isoleucine, Valine. (4g daily) Free Form Amino Acids. ~ Take 30 min before meals. Not bonded. Peptide Bond di-peptide tri-peptides.~ Bonded means quickly assemilation. Di-peptides(2) or tri- peptides (3+).

Some people say IT IS NATURAL, so it is OK. Remember this, Rattlesnakes are natural also.

Alternative

What to Use
When doing heavy lifting over a period of time the body may need glutamine. If you are taking Creatine, take 5g with 24g of slow release egg white protein approximately 45 minutes before your workout and glutamine and egg white protein following your workout. We like to take two Universal Sterol Complex tablets with our pre-workout shake. Arginine. There are proteins that release quicker you can take before your workout but egg white protein is the best overall.

We know that Gamma Oryzanol taken with Creatine, Glutamine, Arginine Pyroglutmate, Boron, Valine, VITOL EGG Protein and Vitamin C,D, E & B Complex will help with strength gains, Your ENDURANCE will increase and you will become much more muscular. I do not care what some store clerk, steroid freak, some I can't make gains wimp or others say about it not working. They have never used the products/supplements or do not know how to workout.

NOTE:!!!!!1 Universal Natural Sterol Complex has changed their formula. We are looking for another porduct. It appears that when Universal Natural Sterol Complex repackaged their product they also changed some of the ingredients, LEFT OUT Gamma Oryzanol. Some Gorillia products have Gamma. We still believe UNSC to be a good product but without the 500mg of Gamma Oryzanol it is not the strength product it has been. You may be able to find Gamma Oryzanol by itself and use it to supplement the UNSC. You should not take more than 100-150mg of Gamma Oryzanol anyway. That is why we suggested never to take six tablets per the label as each tablet contained 83mg.
