Push Downs Described
What you gain is determined by you!

Use a short bar with a 45 degree angle or straight bar. A rope is also used for the last set. Grasp the bar on each side with hands approximately 10 inches apart, keep elbows locked in close and press down without allowing your elbows to move back. Don't lean forward too much. You can vary the grip. When you use the rope do it the same way but press out the bottom and hold. Some like to overload on this for one set and do partials. You need to do some sets with the palm of your hands up.
