Lying Tricep Extensions ~ French Press
What you gain is determined by you!

Works the triceps. Life flat on a bench, grasp an E-Z curl bar with hands approximately ten inches apart and press it to a locked out position over the back of your forehead. Keep you elbows stationary, lower the weight down to the top of your head then press it back up to the starting position stopping just short of vertical to keep your triceps under constant tension. Repeat for the number of reps listed. Be careful to not drop the weight onto your head. The demo clip below shows the lifter using a dumbbell but we prefer to use an ez-curl bar in order to use more weight and have better control of the bar.
