Half Squats

Half Squats are done the same way as full squats but only going half way down. This is what most of your commercial GYMS seem to think is a full squat but it is not. Half squats may benefit most individuals as they can use more weight for higher reps. They are not close to doing a legal break parallel powerlifter squat. I like doing half squats as they really do work you without the increased injury risk you have with full squats.
