Forearm Isolation Curls
Forearm Development
We prefer to use a set of spring chest expanders or heavy bands with a handle if possible. They
permit the tension to change throughout the movement. Hook your foot in the handle on the floor
and grasp the other handle with your palm down. Reverse curl the spring and gradually turn your
hand into a curl about half way up keeping the strain on the forearm lower, inside and outside
cutting all three areas. Repeat to exhaustion. If you learn to twist as you reverse curl
keeping your elbow to your side while standing straight up, you can get extremely riped
forearms. Make sure to give both side equal treatment. Some people have forearms that
look like well developed abs.
This is many times more effective than done with a DB or Roller
doing reverse mickey mouse short forearm curls.
