Develops the thickness of the triceps around the elbow and chest. A narrow grip tends to hit the triceps and a wider grip hits the chest more. We prefer narrow grip dips for bench press power.
Take hold of the parallel bars, raise yourself up to a lock out position then lower yourself between the bars until you can't go down much lower then press your self back up. The more you lean forward the more you work the pecs whiled leaning backs hits the triceps more.
