Close Grip Front Pulldowns
Many people only do the wide grip pull-downs which is a mistake. If you are going to do only one pull-down exercise do the close grip front pulldown. Wide grips help build shoulders and upper lats. Close grips hit the lower lats much harder, and you can use more weight. You need both lower back and upper back power. Pull back with the lats first, then the shoulders, then pull the weight down to the upper chest and repeat for the number of sets listed.
