Free Standing Body Squats (quadriceps/hamstrings) can be done with the arms folded across the chest. Definitely go below parallel as the lack of weight will enable this, provided correct squatting form is used. Since squatting is probably the number one exercise of them all, it should be included when is unable to train in the gym. Aim for many repetitions (100+) to increase stamina and maintain size. Some do free standing squats by strattling a bench and putting their hands on an object at waist height and squating down with an L position to the bench and standing back up. This still provides quality benefit and is easier for people with back or leg problems to do as Hindu and True Free Standing Squats may be hard for some people to do depending on their age and physical condition.
